Call Q/ACD Brochure
The Call Q/ACD function in PABXsoft is an optional extra that is only available for Samsung telephone systems.
The brochure is currently being revised to reflect the new look and features in Verison 8.
This link will take you to the old brochure which is of use to see the Reports available (which have not changed in Version 8). The ACD Agent task bar function as shown in the brochure is unchanged in Version 8
The Supervisor screens however are entirely different and some screen captures of the new look are presented below.
