How much does it cost?
We do not publish prices on our web site. We operate in over 20 countries through a large network of re-sellers and a small amount of direct sales. Once we know your country and status (End user/Reseller) we can provide prices.

Can the software be trialled before purchase?
Yes. Download Version 8 installer software (click here) and select 14 Day Trial when prompted. If you want to purchase after the trial you don't need to install anything else, you simply register the license file we send you. You can also select ''Demonstration' as an option if you are not yet connected to a telephone system.
Can I upgrade my existing version ?
Version 8 is our latest release. If you have an earlier version you can purchase an upgrade (new license) at approximately 1/3rd the usual cost.
Can I see sample reports and screens ?
Yes. Either download Version 8 and select Demonstration, or go to the Products page of this web site.
How hard is it to install and use?
The most common compliment we receive is that the software is comfortably the easiest to install and use of any on the market. Typically, once you have downloaded the software you should be up and running within 2 minutes.
