These Windows operating systems all have a security program (DEP) that will restrict applications and services like PABXSoft from running

On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.

On the Data Execution Prevention tab, use one of the following procedures

Click "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select to select the OptOut policy", and then click Add
to add the programs that you do not want to use the DEP feature.

Browse to C:\Program Files\PABXSoft\Reports and select
1.PABXSoft Reports.exe
2.Archive.exe
3.Restore.exe
4.Reports Scheduler.exe
5.PABXHotel.exe

64 Bit Windows
PABXSoft is a 32 bit application but will run in a 64 bit environment.
You need a WoW64 execution layer to allow 32 bit apps to run.

Here is a forum about it

Call Collector Windows Service installation under 64 bit Windows.
The call collector service wouldn't install from the service access program unless it was started as
administrator (right click on the shortcut and choose run as administrator),
