Version 7 users are entitled to a free upgrade to Version 8
Please ensure that your Reports version (Reports>Help>About) shows Version 7.x.x.x before proceeding
It is NOT the version of Call Collector that determines your version
Important
Take a back-up of the DATA folder (typically at C:\Program Files\PABXsoft\Call Collector\Data) as security
in case something goes wrong. All your existing data is in the data folder on the computer running Call Collector
Download the Version 8 install file, close all PABXSoft programs and run the installer
When asked whether you want to over-write the existing database say NO.
It is the Reports version that determines your version of PABXsoft. Check in Reports>Help>About
