Reports will not load. Comes up with an error

Windows 10 Pro Active X error 429

On some installations the automatic registration of the DAO350.dll library for the MS Access database fails. The solution is to register this DLL manually. The file is installed at C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared.

(Or click the link above to download it) . Copy and paste it to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

Type CMD in the Windows Search window, and when CMD comes up, right click it and select 'Run As Administrator'

Change the path to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and then type regsvr32 DAO350.DLL and press enter.

If an error comes up starting Reports after you have uninstalled an earlier Version of PABXSoft then click this link to download a patch that should re-install some deleted files. Run the file (patch.exe) after closing Reports

If this is a new installation then the most likely culprit is Anti Virus software blocking one or more of the PABXSoft installation DLL or OCX files. Get your IT professional to check your AV software and allow all PABXSoft.

Typically the files that AV objects to our the OSENXPSUITE files...osenxpsuite2010.dll and osenxpsuite2010.ocx

They may be installed, but have not been allowed to register. If you feel capable and have the necessary permissions please follow the steps below, otherwise contact your IT Professional.

These files are installed to...

C:\Windows\System32 folder or on a 64 bit machine C:\Windows\Syswow64 folder

Locate the folder on your computer where these files are located.
To manually register these files click on START and then RUN (if you can't see the RUN command press the Windows key + R) and type CMD and then
type:-

Either

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\osenxpsuite2010.dll and then press Enter

and then

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\osenxpsuite2010.ocx and then press Enter

Or

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\Syswow64\osenxpsuite2010.dll and then press Enter

and then

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\Syswow64\osenxpsuite2010.ocx and then press Enter
