ACD Supervisor

Like the ACD Agent screen the Supervisor screen shows how many calls are waiting in queue
and oldest call waiting, but it also provides much more information.

The status of agents, logged in or out is shown
The number of calls answered and abandoned for the day
The average time in queue

In addition there are 4 reports available

2. ACD Agent Summary
3. Log In/Out report
4. ACD Half Hour Group Statistics

Multiple groups can be displayed simultaneously using the 2 and 5 group screens
